Already Happening

Reasons are
Conceptual toys with which
We soothe — deceive —
Ourselves, and others

To not see
That what will happen
Is what’s already happening
Is what’s already happened

Despite our reasons
Without our consent
Volition

Choices are
Conceits with which
We construct — maintain —
False identities
Ours, and others

To avoid seeing
That they are noises — overlays —
Upon an abyss
Masquerading to be someone

Already dissolving
Disappearing —
Despite our choices
Our insistence
Will

Forecasts are
Falsehoods with which
We conjure — and divide —
Spacetime
Hallucinate, beginnings and ends

To not examine
That the arrow, made of air
Has nowhere to travel
In infinity — singularity —
Being

Continuously unchanged
Despite our fears
Desires
Against, its end
